Volunteer Canadian RN Cara, in full sari, is receiving very detailed instructions on how to play a board game from one of the children at the Families for Children Orphanage (FFC). This is Cara’s second visit to IUBAT. FFC is a Canadian-sponsored orphanage close to IUBAT, and is one of the regular placements for IUBAT students as part of their Community Health curriculum. IUBAT students work with the children and help with priority health assessments. They also teach the children about basic health and nutrition practices.
