The Health Camp held by volunteers and students last September was featured in a magazine issued by VSO Netherlands (Volunteer Service Overseas – Bangladesh), who helped organize the event. IUBAT is an active partner organization of VSO, and two of their international volunteers, Jim Ofonda and Neils van der Verge, were integral in conducting the activities of the camp.
The article features several scenes with Jim and IUBAT students interacting with the local patients; however, the text is in Dutch. Jim has been a long-time volunteer with IUBAT for two years and his term is now coming to an end.
